Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is refused at delivery, returned due to an incorrect address, or becomes undeliverable because the package was not collected after delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for:

Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Faded Soul is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, applicable shipping charges and additional $15 restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
