All Sale items reduced more than 40%, and all Special Order items are FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS.

If your item is eligible for a return, you may request a return label within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Any requests made after 30 days will not be accepted. We will not accept return of goods that have been worn, washed altered in any way or do not have the original tags and packaging (if applicable). Face masks, hats, and underwear are not eligible for a return.

Shipping fees will not be refunded and you will be charged for all other fees incurred. Additionally we are not responsible for fluctuation in currency exchange rates or any fees charged by credit card providers, banks and other financial institutions. Please allow 7 days after we receive your return of your product for refunds to be processed

It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item in question to the address provided on our site in order to either exchange, or receive a refund.

We do not take responsibility for any brokerage fees, duties fees and shipment delays due to customs.

All returns must have a return authorization number which we will provide upon request. This number must be visible on the outside of the package. 

U.S. Returns

All returns from the United States must be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery via other carriers will result in the package incurring a brokerage fee which will be deducted from your refund. Please mark the necessary customs documents as "Return of Canadian Merchandise". Failure to mark customs documents in this way may result in additional duties and fees which will be deducted from your refund. We suggest that returns be shipped via a service providing a tracking number and insurance as we will not be responsible for lost return shipments
