Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours on business days (Tuesday-Friday).
Faded Soul is closed on Mondays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday will begin processing on the next available business day.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is refused at delivery, returned due to an incorrect address, or becomes undeliverable because the package was not collected after delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for:

Applicable charges may be deducted from the refund amount once the package is returned to Faded Soul.
If a package is not returned to Faded Soul, no refund will be issued.

Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Faded Soul is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, applicable shipping charges and additional $15 restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
