2008 holiday shipping guidelines
for delivery by December 24th 2008 (domestic Canada and USA)

All orders placed within Canada using:

  • Ground Shipping on or before December 12th 8:00 am EST.
  • Expedited Shipping on or before December 21th 8:00 am EST.
  • Priority Shipping on or before December 22th 8:00 am EST.

All orders placed within the USA using:

  • Ground Shipping on or before December 3rd 8:00 am EST.
  • Expedited Shipping on or before December 15th 8:00 am EST.
  • Priority Shipping on or before December 22th 8:00 am EST.

Faster services are available for all purchases prior to the dates given, times listed above are last minute shopping recommendations based on our experience with our premium carrier (Canada Post). We strongly recommend that you place your orders early this season.

Shipping

Free domestic ground shipping on all orders to Canada and the US. All delivery dates are estimates of Canada Post and are approximate. In most cases these dates will be accurate, however there may be exceptions. We do make every reasonable effort to deliver within the estimated dates stated and therefore cannot be responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.

All orders placed from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on either Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Shipping within Canada:
  • Free Ground - 3 to 5 days
  • Expresspost - 2 to 3 days
  • Priority Courier -- 1 to 2 days
    Shipping to the US:
    • Free Ground - 2 to 4 weeks
    • Air - 1 to 2 weeks
    • Expresspost USA -- 3 to 5 days

    International Shipping:
    • Priority Worldwide - Unknown
